There has been a phenomenon of paranormal miracles occurring in a small
town in Brazil for many years. These miracle healings have happened by
the hand of a man named “John of God? The first time I heard of this
man I was a manicurist at the Ritz Carlton in Las Vegas, NV. I just
opened myself up to my spiritual journey, I was just as “normal” or
“asleep” as the rest of the world; I had a feeling that year was going
to be different. I had recently made a trip to Sedona and met women
named Kelly Lynn whom I befriended and told you and I are going to
travel the world together. She looked at me like I was nuts, five weeks
later she and I were on our way to Brazil.

How I got there was a miracle in it self. I had not a penny for such an
expensive trip; my finances had been devastated by a theft just the
year before. I sold jewelry wholesale and my car was stolen with all my
merchandise. But, I committed to the journey and within five weeks the
money had arrived. I got a major tax return and a home equity loan; I
had been turned down for just a month earlier. It is said that when you
hear of John of God it is a calling of your higher self. I had just
gotten my Reiki Master Certification and felt I wanted to be more
experienced in understanding about how healing really occurs. I wanted
to see a miracle. Well, I sure got more than I bargained for. I now
realize going to see him is the quickest way to clearing all that no
longer serves us in life.

I had the honor of experiencing how healing worked first hand, by John
of God’s hands, seeing some people who got healed and others that left
in disappointment, only to see them on the next returned trip renewed
and full of life. I understood why some people opted for physical
surgeries and others invisible ones. It was all about Faith, Courage
and Love. Around the Casa De Dom Ignacio there are many triangles that
have just those words around it. People who traveled from all over the
world with nothing but, those expressions left. Illnesses that were
deemed fatal, diagnosis that were hopeless. But, they traveled there by
the thousands, in wheelchairs, being carried, and on crutches. All in
the sweltering heat of the Brazilian sun. I wondered why on earth would
people do this? Could this man possibly be real?

Then I had the opportunity to encounter the man John of God, myself. I
went in front of the entities for the first time and felt  a calm and
peace surround me like I had never felt before in my life. He took my
hand and gave me the sweetest most inviting smile I had ever seen; my
life would never be the same. My question was to be cleared of all
blocks to my divine life purpose. After one minute in his presence,
then the other sitting in the current room where he sat, I saw a
miracle performed. I mentally asked to watch a surgery (you are
required to close your eyes in the current room) I was telepathically
given the answer to open my eyes, only to see him take a knife and
scrape the eye balls of a man. Within moments he was talking to me
telepathically and revealing to me the reason for this was that
everything in the body was connected to the eyes and the pituitary
gland. They were the easiest way to reach all parts of the body that
needed healing. It was also to heal on different levels of the
physical, emotional and mental bodies.

During the meditation in the current room I also experienced my first
encounter with the transmutation of dark energy or entities. I was
being taught by the John of God entities how every human being is of
the light and that it is just the shadows of our pain that separate us
from that light. One by one the covers of darkness are removed. I could
hear the screams and yells of these dark ones from the people
themselves, not wanting to be removed. They were saying”I will not go I
will kill her first!” I was very frightened and the John of God entity
told me it was just thought forms being removed, old belief systems and
fear being released. I was told all that is not love, is fear. If you
buy into the fear it exists for you. I knew now why I was told to buy
the whole Matrix series and bring it as homework on the trip.

The entities showed me how to transmute the energy with the Violet
flame of transmutation. To visualize the individual and look to see if
you can see even a pin drop size of light, it is ok; shoot the flame to
dissipate the darkness. I tried it and it worked! So simple and it
worked. They showed me how to see the good in all beings and
individuals past the pain of their wounds. The only thing that
separated me from them was the illusion of darkness and separation. I
was taught that we are all connected to the oneness and all inherently
good by nature it is just the illusion of separation that keeps us in
the dark.

I talked to many people some who had physical surgeries and asked why
they choose to experience that. Some replied they needed proof. Others
said they felt they were told by the entities to do so, to be an
example and inspiration of the miracles that were occurring. Proof of
John of God’s healing, live testimony of the entities work, which many
people were happy to do, for they said they felt no pain or discomfort.
I opted for what they call psychic surgery. (non physical surgery) and
boy did I get one. When I left the Casa de Dom Ignacio I was told to go
immediately to my room and I barely made it there. I passed out. I was
physically unable to move, my consciousness was aware, but my body
immobile. I need to remind you that before I had come to Brazil I did
not know I was psychic or telepathic. I just thought I was spiritual
and on a quest. I had been frustrated that I had no psychic abilities
or “gifts? and here I was seeing visions and apparitions. I physically
felt as though I was having surgery. I could not move as though I was
under anesthesia. All I had was the water from the Casa. For five days
I lay in bed only to get up to eat and use the restroom. The rest of
the time I was processing old memories and pain from my childhood. I
dreamed excessively and in most of my dreams, John of God was there
explaining things to me. One other being was present for me as well and
that was Jesus. I was what I called a reformed Catholic and being at
the Casa with so many religious symbols was a bit difficult it brought
up a lot of repression from my childhood and past lives. But, it was
different they had pictures of Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary,
Buddha, and other Doctors and Saints of the past. I was realizing that
they got the bigger picture. These Ascended Master beings, were all
here to help us, to heal us.

Each time I walked in front of the entity (John of God) he looked
different. His look would change as he channeled different beings.
Sometimes he would be soft and his eyes would be blue and so
unconditionally loving and hold your hand, this was when I knew he was
channeling Jesus. Sometimes his eyes would be large and really brown
and I knew this was Dom Ignacio. When his hair was messy and he was
doing physical surgeries he had double chins I knew this was the
surgeon Xavier. There are many more that he channels these are just the
ones most noticeable to me. Now, being psychic myself I could see
hundreds of beings in the room.

John of God knows what you have come for even before you do. He also
knows when you will return before you do. When you go in front of the
Entities (John of God) you can ask up to three questions, but by my
second time in front of him I realized I did not need to ask, he knew
what I needed. My experience was a bit different because I was there
for learning and spiritual growth and clearing. Most of my messages
were given to me telepathically. This was very difficult because I had
to trust my intuition. John of God was very present, so present in my
thoughts and mind that it was undeniable; coincidences happening left
and right. By the time I left the casa the first visit to go back home,
I was clairvoyant, empathic, a medium, clairaudient, clairsentient, and
was a true healer. I had no intentions of moving from Las Vegas and my
last question to him was where I should live, I named three places
Sedona being on of them he circled and with-in six months I was living
there and working as a psychic and healer.

The people I met on my first trip to Brazil had very miraculous
stories: one woman from Germany who on her first visit came in a
wheelchair, the ligaments in her knee had turned to mush and she was
told she would never be able to walk again. It was degenerative
disease. By her second visit she was on a walker and her third she had
walking sticks and by the time I met her he had taken away her sticks
and she was walking with a slight limp. She was in amazement, she said
it was a progression of 3 years, but she was walking. Another woman I
met had a tumor wrapped around her spine, no, doctor in the US or
Europe would operate on her for fear of cutting her spinal cord. I
watched as this woman had a physical operation, John of God pulled and
tugged into a 2 inch incision twisted and manipulated this deflated
baseball size tumor, pulled it out and showed us, then tossed it aside,
the whole while the women just stood there without a peep. He sewed her
up and she walked off stage and was eating soup a few minutes later,
her wound healed within 6 days.


I could go on for days telling stories about people I met and I will if
you ask. But, I experienced so many shifts and changes in people each
time not only physical but, mental, emotional, and spiritual. You see
healing has to come on all levels. When we get a dis-ease it is the
last crystallization of energy that has manifested in the body.
Everything we create in our lives starts at the level of thought. There
are cellular memories we bring in from past lives, childhood traumas,
belief systems, and old programming. We have come to earth to learn
lessons for our soul?s growth and in this growth we have chosen to
experience certain ailments. So when we come to a person like John of
God we are asking the ultimate in healing to be healed not only of the
disease that plagues us but, to be healed spiritually, emotionally,
mentally, and last physically. Healing on all these levels takes time
and a soul commitment to reverse what we have spent a lifetimes
creating with our thoughts and old programming.

is not the end result of coming here it was finding my truth that makes

lives also know as reincarnation, is something that we are hearing
about more and more, the idea and understanding that we have been here
before, that this is not our first life time nor our last life time. In
other cultures this knowing has been around for thousands of years and
in those cultures such as the Native Americans, Aborigines, Tibetan
Buddhists, Shamans, and more.  These cultures have made the
understanding and preparing of birth and death to accommodate their
customs and spiritual practices around this area.

We have all said at one time, how someone or something seems so
familiar as if we have been there before or have known that person
before.  That is because we most probably have.

People such as Einstein, Mozart, Michelangelo, came into this life with
gifts that they brought with them from a life before this one, how else
can you explain Mozart composing music and playing at the age of four
years old.  He certainly must have been a genius in music in his past life.

Looking into the eyes of a newborn baby, sometimes a parent might say,
this child is an old soul; he looks very mature and wise, like he can
know and see right into you.  This is because his consciousness
that he brings with him or her is old and very aware.
 
The inner most consciousness (the soul) of you is the real you, not
the  “you” what others physically see. An understanding can be as
simple as the observing how your body changes as you grow older when
you still feel very young inside. In nature it’s clearly seen in
cycles of the caterpillar which appears dead in its cocoon stage but
later emerges with a different body with wings. Just like the
caterpillar that becomes a butterfly you also are going through
everlasting transformation as your soul journeys towards perfection.

The soul holds all past life memories within it so when an issue in
this life triggers a past life experience the emotion may seem all out
of proportion to what is actually happening in your life. When deep
fears and phobias cannot be released through regular therapy or
psychiatry, the roots are often found deep in the soul’s memories by
accessing the subconscious mind. I have worked with clients where I
psychically access or through hypnosis discover a past life where there
was sufficient reason for the intense fear. Once the reason for the
fear is discovered the memory and energy it’s holding is released and
they feel free. By looking at the stuck places in you and shining a
light on them they show up like dust in the corner to be cleared away,
so you can move forward to grow and expand which is a natural state.

Having also been a psychic astrologer for many years I came to focus on
the aspects of an astrological chart that told me where the person’s
soul had come from and where they were headed in this lifetime. I used
this to zero in on how they were doing in terms of evolving and
expanding awareness, learning from past life experiences and
transforming them. I also looked at the positive experiences that show
up as gifts and talents in this life. I used the astrology and my
psychic eyes to match the experiences they were also having in past
life memories to know we were on track. It proved correct every time as
I was able to assist them in psychically fine tuning the experiences
through further awareness and releasing what was no longer serving them
in this life now. Most often during a session they would tell me the
same things in their experiences that I was seeing, the same themes
would be present in their past life story line that had an influence in
this one.

One client I will call Carl had an issue with control and found it hard
to let go emotionally. He always felt he had to be in charge and was
chronically tense in his body from taking on too much at work and not
delegating. He thought no one could do the job like he could and people
around him felt inadequate. He never gave them a real chance to prove
themselves. In our session he remembered having a life as a successful
business man who was responsible and in charge of many people in the
past and the memory was still very strong in his subconscious due to
such a focus on career in this one past lifetime. Carl brought with him
the ability to succeed with whatever he took on, to manage and organize
well in this life which made him an extremely successful business man
with a very high income. Carl was not happy even though he had a life
most people would envy. In relationships he had a problem with trusting
the other person, which is a necessary element in order to function in
partnership. After three marriages where he felt he deeply failed, hurt
and distressed he looked for answers. It wasn’t easy for him to be
successful in his career, but be a failure in his personal life. Once
he understood why he was so controlling he was able to let go and begin
to communicate more about his fears which assisted in him living a
fuller emotional life where those needs for closeness could be met.
This took several more years but I assured him that he was successfully
learning by his previous relationships how to let go and trust more in
life and other people.


Another example was with Laura who had an incredible mind for analysis
and detail but seemed to suffer from a perfectionist tendency and be
too self  critical. We saw in the past her life as a seamstress to a
royal family and as a dressmaker had developed an incredible skill for
details and meeting others desires and demands with her craft and
skills. In this lifetime she was working in a number of office jobs and
couldn’t seem to stay fulfilled. There was a pattern of finding fault
with her bosses and co workers and whenever she offered better ways to
improve the office procedures no one would listen. This knowledge of
her past life was able to assist her with finding employment where she
could focus on more of these skills so she had a positive outlet rather
than being so picky about her self and see others faults. Once she used
her acutely sensitive mind to hone new skills and create a larger goal
she could relax more into being more open emotionally and feel her
efforts appreciated.

The other lifetimes I often come across are ones similar to my own
story with people who have intuitive abilities that they used in other
lifetimes and developed. In this life they are highly skilled in these
areas of psychic energy and often feel they don’t fit in and there is
something wrong with them. They are highly creative and sensitive and
not able to accept the status quo way of living, mainstream programming
of whom we should be. Often they come into families in this lifetime
that are very practical and secure and instill basic moral principles,
helping others, focused on work and earning a living. These families
are chosen as they offer a good strong foundation and ability to meet
and be among the mainstream in this life.

Being misunderstood throughout childhood one can feel like the stork
had dropped them down the wrong chimney! As a child they may have
stared out the window in school like Marlene, the teachers not knowing
if she was a saint or a lost soul. Daydreams and fantasies were more
exciting to her than math and English. Often she had nightmares,
visions and stories which were shunned by her parents and siblings who
wanted her to be “normal”. Marlene came alive when she went to
collage and discovered new friends whom she could communicate with. She
decided to transfer to the fine arts program where she found her voice
and way to express her imagination. This then brought up many memories
for which she sought out counseling and various therapies for several
years until she discovered past lives, meditation and body centered
therapies. Marlene got in touch with how the subconscious mind stored
memories and emotions right in the cells and muscles of her body. After
a series of sessions she started to feel more at home in her own body
and come to accept her gifts of sensitivity. Whenever a memory is
observed and released rather than being in reaction to it you are freed
from its grasp. In Marlene’s case she discovered the more she released
these past memories the more intuitive and psychic she became allowing

developed more self understanding rather than suffer and feel confused
from thinking other’s feelings and emotions were her own.

Past

spiritually connected can help to crystallize those same feelings in us

what our purpose is and our lessons and challenges to grow in consciousness and awareness as a soul.

America was founded on the idea of freedom of religious and spiritual
expressions. The psychic realm is a part of the religious and spiritual
world, and so, our psychic history is intertwined with our religious
and spiritual history. Our American psychic freedom was founded right
along with our religious and spiritual freedoms.

On the 31st March, 1848, The Fox Sisters, two young girls, made a break
through with contacting the entity who had been disturbing the family
with strange sounds and activities. They heard spirit rapping’s inside
the walls of their home. They began communicating with the dead. The
Hydesville Knockings in the United States of America lead to the
investigation of the Mediumship of the Fox sisters and the birth of
modern Spiritualism. These two psychic readers became well known all
over America. When his son had died in 1852, President Pearce invited
the Fox Sisters-psychic readers, to the White House to hold a private
séance. Séances were held in the White House on a regular basis.

President
Lincoln’s son William died at the age of 11. His wife Mary Todd hired a
medium – Nedy Colburn – psychic reader, who led several séances in the
white house.

One day President Lincoln was looking in the mirror and he say two
faces looking back at him, one face was clear and the other was
shattered. Mary Todd said this meant his first term would go well but
in his second term something bad would happen.

President Lincoln also had a dream. In his dream he heard weeping going
on so he follows the sounds into a room where he sees several men
around a coffin. He asks a solider by the coffin who it is that has
died. The soldier answers it is the president who was kill by an
assassin. Soon after, Lincoln’s dream became a reality, when on April
14th, 1865 John Wilkes Booth murdered the president at the Ford
Theatre.

General Grant’s wife also had a premonition that something bad was
going to happen to her husband at the theatre that night. She warned
her husband not to go with the Lincoln’s and he decided not to go. It
was later discovered that General Grant’s name was also on the list of
names John Wilkes booth was planning to assassinate. After President
Lincoln’s death there were many reports of his spirit moving around the
White House.

James Martin Peebles (1822 – 1922) known as ‘the spiritual pilgrim’ as
he enthusiastically spread his philosophy through his writings and
travels around the United States and the world. Himself a
medium/psychic reader was surrounded by what he called his “band of
angels” from whom he received inspiration and spiritual guidance.

Mark Twain had a vivid dream in 1858 in which he saw his brother’s
death. He saw his brother in a metal casket with flowers on his chest;
the casket was sitting atop two chairs. His brother had worked on the
steamship Pennsylvania. Two days after the dream the Pennsylvania
exploded and his brother died, 150 people were killed. All the others
who had died had pine coffins but his brother had a metal casket
purchased by two unknown women. When Mark Twain went to see his brother
and walked into the room where the casket was laying, it was sitting
atop two chairs. As he was standing there a woman came in and place the
same flowers in the casket Mark had seen in the dream, white flowers
with a single red rose. Everything in his dream had come true.

Twain also publicly announced to the world the coming of his own death.
He said “I came into the world with Haley’s comet in 1835, and now it
is coming again next year and I will go out with it”. April 20th 1910,
he died the next day.

Towards end of 19th century, 1885 Harvard Psychologist – William James started the American Society of Psychic Research.

In the 1850’s, the greatest known psychic medium in the world is Daniel
Douglas Hume from Connecticut. As a psychic reader he did séances for
the rich and famous.

Edgar Cayce, a psychic reader has become one of the most helpful
psychics the world has ever known. He did his first psychic reading
over 100 years ago in 1901, in his 43 years he did over 14,000
documented psychic readings which are on file today at the Association
for Research and Enlightenment Inc.

 In June 1931 the Association for Research and Enlightenment, Inc,
was formed as research body, they were interested in such things as
holistic health care, they studied psychic mediums, psychic readers,
spiritual healing, meditation, dreams, and the study of life and death.

Edgar Cayce gave insight into Judaism that were verified a decade after
his death with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. In world affairs
he saw the collapse of communism nearly fifty years before it happened.

Since 1959 the US navy has conducted psychic experiments.

Jan 31 1971 14th Apollo Mission – Edgar Mitchell was doing an
experiment aboard the space shuttle he was testing mental telepathy
with friends back home. It turned out to be not so successful but with
his curiosity in this field he then started an institute of Noetic
Science, in Sausalito California, to study psychic phenomenon.

Central Intelligence Agency used millions of dollars to do research on
psychic development to use in defense and against the Soviet Union,
using psychic readers as remote viewers.

There are psychic detectives all over the United States. One
world-renowned psychic reader is Peter Hurkos, from LA. He is employed
by the police department to solve unsolved crimes. To date he has
worked on over 800 criminal cases.

Irene Hughes, psychic reader in Chicago has received commendations from the police for helping solve over 15 murder cases.

In 1971 psychic reader Bevy Yaegers in St. Louis, founded a psychic
rescue squad. Where she works with a group of 18 other psychic readers.
One of the psychic readers is Jim Muller a social worker by day and at
night a psychic detective locating kidnapped victims. They formed their
group for the purpose of locating missing persons. They proved
themselves to be so effective they have qualified to become private
detectives. Bevy Yaegers has created more than 25 groups of psychic
readers, operating as psychic detectives around the country trained by
herself.

Ronald Regan March 30 1981 Nancy Regan was concerned about her husbands
safety and for seven years used an astrologer to plan her days.

In 1995 psychic works became de-classified and open to the public.
Currently there is Sylvia Browne, a famous psychic reader who has
published many books and appeared on many TV programs, and of course we
have the well known psychic readers like John Edward and James Van
Praugh who are both best-selling book authors, along with their own
popular TV shows.  The lastest sucessful  TV show “Medium”
protrays Patrica Arquette as Allison Dubois a well know psychic medium,
who is known to have a file of over 2000 cases for the police
department.  She has a wait list of 3 years for personal readings
for clients.  There are many more people than ever before open to
the possibility that we can in fact communicate from the beyond.

Meditation – The Art of Ecstatic Living

What is meditation? Meditation is more than a state of doing; it is a
state of being. It is something that happens to us when we are living
in the present moment. Not thinking of the past, or of the future, but
being here now. Being fully present to the moment in which we are
living and which surrounds us.

What does living fully in the present moment mean, it is living from
our wholeness, not from our rational mind. How to live in this state
you might ask. Actually it is something that is part of who we are
naturally. It is our natural state of being, part of our God/Goddess,
Buddha nature. For most of us, especially in the Western world we have
moved away from this place within ourselves; our inner state of being,
essence, or consciousness as it is known; the part of us who we are
when we put the mind aside.

The mind is a great philosopher, and life is not a philosophy, life is
a reality. Philosophy is an escape from reality; philosophy means
thinking. Life is – there is no question of thought. You can simply
jump into it. Like that of a small child; have you ever watch a small
child, they are so innocent and pure, enjoying with totality the
present moment. You may ask why do we as individuals want to go there,
to this state of living in the present moment. When we are living in
the present moment, there is a natural connection to our center within
us in which we live from. Our wholeness of who we are—a spiritual being
within our physical body. In this connection to our wholeness we can
experience tranquility, peace, a sense of knowing who we are and where
we are going; and our connection with God or Source. So we ask
ourselves how to get back to this center within us. One of the ways is
learning meditation techniques, on how to come back to this state
naturally.

As we are born into this life, we are connected to our natural
God/Goddess, Buddha nature, but slowly over time we start to be
influenced away from this natural way of being and into what is known
as our ego state, which is the mind. We start to become divided, or
separate from our wholeness. This separation causes us to be in
suffering, if even on a very subtle level, a sense that something is
missing. Even though we may not be in touch with or have an
understanding of what it is we are missing. Nevertheless, we are
feeling a longing or desiring to come back home to our connection with
self and that of God or Source.

Meditation techniques or what is know as meditation can help us to get
to this place. Anything can be used as a technique; the key is, are we
totally present in the moment to what it is we are doing. Whether we
are using a breathing technique, dancing, running, singing, painting,
sitting silently watching our thoughts or breath, the key is to be
absolutely total, present with the action, where the action and we have
become one. Where we have moved out of the mind center; thinking, out
of past or future, and are living in presence, here, and now.

Due to our busy lifestyles, you may find it easier to start with an
active mediation, rather than a passive, quieter meditation like
sitting, watching the breath and thoughts. Because of the busy nature
of our mind, and not finding it easy to relax, it is almost impossible
to be silent. Even while trying to sit, the mind and energy inside our
body is rushing. So in the beginning I recommend something with
movement, unless you are a person who finds it easy to sit. Doing
active meditations in the beginning while you are learning will prevent
you from becoming discouraged, feeling meditation is impossible and not
for you.

With an active meditation, it is always good at the end, to take ten or
fifteen minutes to sit silently resting inside, not moving, just
observing from the deeper part of yourself, what is happening in the
interior of your being. Feeling and being aware of the peace and
tranquility; watching the breath, or your thoughts passing by moving as
part of your mind stream. Connecting to your deeper core of self.

Another great way to meditate is being out in nature, simply connecting
with the trees, the sky, the earth, the ocean, etc. When you can be in
tune with your senses, hearing, smelling, feeling, observing without
any thought, you are close to God, close to your center.

Joining a meditation group will also be of support and can be fun.
Meditation is a non-serious event. We make our life serious enough,
have fun with meditation, enjoy, laugh, dance, sing with it, or sit
silently enjoying that too. If you are serious, know – you are back in
the mind. There is a difference between being serious with mediation
techniques, and being disciplined and sincere. Any tensions, strain or
judgments on yourself, prevents results that could be happening.

The best way to start with mediation is to read some books, join a
group, or buy tapes and CD’s. The main thing is choosing something that
resonates with you; that you have a good feeling about. Remember there
are all kinds of meditations for all kinds of people. Some of the

I love my work. I love my life. I choose the days and the hours within
those days that I work. I am also quite happy with my financial
situation. I have a husband who loves me and I love him. It’s great! I
truly wish that everyone would have such an enjoyable and rewarding
lifestyle. But, everyday that I work, I see and talk to people who are
unhappy in their jobs, which are unrewarding, or in their
relationships, which are unsatisfying. What happened?

The essential conditions of everything that we do must be passion,
choice, action. Passion and purpose are closely linked for it is
passion that shows us our purpose. And, definiteness of purpose is the
starting point for all riches. Yet, people come to me and say that all
of a sudden
they realize that they have been in a job or a relationship for years
that has been a drudgery. And the worst of it is they don’t know what
they want to do or don’t know what kind of person would be good for
them—they have become desensitized.

 How do we find our passion? Starting from scratch, there are seven steps. I read about these steps over fifteen years ago.

  •  #1, Make a list of your work life values—ie: independence,
    power, work alone, people-focus, things-focus, pleasant environment,
    location, creativity, enjoyment, travel, etc. Then, rank your 10 most
    important work life values. Do your most important work values fit with
    your current job?
  • #2,  Ask & answer three questions: What type of work
    would you be doing if you had gotten everything you needed? What
    stopped you? Why do you continue to let it stop you?
  • #3, Your Inner Wise Voice or Counselor. In the past, what did you
    do that made you feel best and really alive? What was your Inner Wise
    Counselor telling you?
  • #4, Make a list of your past 5 to 10 most meaningful achievement highs. Choose
    one or two from childhood, adolescence and adult life. Also, list the skills you used for each achieved high/goal.

  • #5, Imagine how you would spend your time if you only had a
    limited amount of time left. What would you do if you only had one day
    left? One week left? One month? One year? Five years? Ten years? Thirty
    years? List just two things you would do for each limited time span.
  • #6, What advice from your Future Wise Self would be given on your
    current work life? What advice would come from your Desired Future Wise
    Self?
  • #7, Now, write out your notes on your ideal workday. Include the activities and skills that
    you will use. Where do you do it? What things will you have? Who will you do it with?
    On a separate piece of paper write out your action plan, which includes key target dates.
    What is the first step you will take tomorrow?

Our passion flows into every aspect of our lives, including our
thoughts. Whatever we believe…deeply…becomes our reality. Thoughts
manifest themselves. In other words, we become what we think about
every day. We are what we think. All that we are arises with our
thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.

What we truly value and believe in passionately is reflected in our actions (even though our
words may say otherwise). We are a living magnet. We attract people, events and circumstances
that harmonizes with our dominant passion and accompanying thoughts & actions.

Since we have always been free to choose what we think and what we do,
we are where we are and what we are because of our own choices and
behavior. No one is coming to the rescue—we have to realize that we are

Sedona’s Vortexes, what are they?

The Vortexes of Sedona and why are they so special? It is
said by many that coming to Sedona Arizona is a “calling”. With it’s
beautiful Red Rock Mountains. This small town in the high desert of
Arizona has so much more to offer than just it’s ascetic beauty. The
energy here is so amplified that many people can not understand what it
is that they are feeling. Some experience an anxiety, some a sense of
homecoming, some can not really even describe what it is they just
notice the heightened awareness and syncronicities that are occurring

experience this energy but, what is it really?

A vortex is the funnel shape created by the motions of spiraling

    When booking a reading make sure the psychic you are booking with can

    most psychic readers can use tarot as a means of bringing the
    information through. Some psychics such as myself can read on many levels.
  • When finding a psychic to do a psychic reading it is good to be

    helps to see a photo of them, as a picture say a lot about a person.
    Like do you get a good feeling or vibe off their energy, can you trust the

    were drawn to me, they just had to have a reading with me, they knew
    when they saw my photo I was the right person for them, or I had
    something they needed to hear. This happens all the time and yet
    occasionally during a psychic reading I may say to a client I am not
    the right person for you today, or we may decide this together.
    It may be the client needs to hear something from another psychic or
    they are not able to receive what I am saying, this is OK, and it needs
    to be honored.
  • Be aware of  the gypsy psychic readers, they will tell
    you they
    are 5th, 6th, 7th generation psychics, there are a couple of them

    about them, they are the psychics that

Divyo is from Germany, where she graduated with a degree in
Clinical Psychology. In America, her degree is comparable to a
Ph.D. After practicing as a clinical therapist for many years,
she felt that something was missing from psychology alone. She
traveled to the Far East to study, which brought a whole new dimension
into her work.  She explored in depth the mind/body/emotion
connection that she now brings into each session or retreat. She
went to Australia to study Breath Therapy and learned Creative Therapy
in Sedona. She trained in Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral, Hot

The Different Types of Yoga

Yoga is a method or technique in which an individual can become united with the Supreme Reality or, as some might say, Godhead.

There are several different styles of yoga. The major ones are as follows:

1)    Bhakti yoga is the path of devotional love to God.
It is performed by means of prayer,  ritual rites , and japam
(Japam is recitation of a mantra after understanding its meaning of
that particular mantra. The mantra is believed to aid in achieving
predetermined goals, anything from a mission, desire or an objective).
Bhakti yoga is the process and cultivation of a direct, intimate,
personal relationship between the spiritual seeker and that which is
sought and worshiped. Normally, people will be drawn to the approach
that fits them.

2)    Karma yoga is the path of selfless, God-dedicated
behavior. The ego attachment to things and people fall away through
selfless action. The wheel of life and death or karma ceases to
revolve. Peace comes to the spirit and the Ultimate is known. Karma yoga is
the path of vigorous service in the world of human affairs.

3)    Jnana yoga is the path of intelligent
discrimination. The jnana yogi keeps saying neti-neti—“not this, not
that,” and so thru the process of elimination the aspirant reaches the
Ultimate. This is not an easy path, calling for force of will and
stillness of mind.

4)    Raja yoga is often called the path of meditation.
This way combines many of the qualities of all of the previous ways
mentioned. Raja yoga is also the study of the physical body as a
spiritual vehicle of spiritual energies. Raja yoga can also be for
those who desire to lead a solitary or monastic lifestyle.
